Photomatix Tone assignment has Photoshop plug-in that allows the user to avoid the hassle of running two programs simultaneously, or ping-ponging back and forth between the two. The reason that PS CS2 is the older version that can support this is that Photomatix requires 32-bit images and support back no more than CS2.
Flow the basics of using this plug-in should start with an application that can produce a first 32-bit (HDR) image, Photomatix ideal. Only then can users go to use Photoshop plug-in. The additional tone-mapping-In is strictly for the tone mapping. Many users who use Photoshop plug-in simply use the "Merge to HDR" function and then use the plug-in to tone map the image resultant. The process can be separated, of course, between creation and storage of the HDR image in Photomatix, tone mapping later in Photoshop.
Many say that the satisfaction of using Photomatix Pro only. The software functions very well as a separate program for images HDR, do whatever the tone mapping plug-in is older. For those who find they like the program and the means to fully explore all that this program can do, there option to buy the Pro Plus package. Photomatix Pro include the tone mapping plug-in and the opening of the plug-in (only for Mac users present). All of these functions in the list provides an incredible flexibility and control in the workflow.

Trial versions will leave a watermark on all recorded images, though. Photomatix Light is available, but as Photoshop Elements is compared to Photoshop, is in fact an abridged version program. I'm not light version and purchase a cheap, but rather an informed decision if you really know what will be sufficient to meet their HDR basic needs.
Photomatix Pro is an incredible product, worth the praises sung in the HDR communities, so it's worth the price. Adobe Photoshop CS2 serial number "invalid"?
I recently bought a new laptop to replace my very, very old and outdated. My old laptop is to Photoshop CS2 on it and when I went to the download and install photoshop on my new computer, I received a message saying that my serial number is invalid. I use the original disc and the original serial code. However, when I tried to turn it back on my laptop that had the same error. Now I am totally disabled and a photoshop project I'm working. What I can try to get the serial number working again? I had a keylogger in my laptop (stupidly try downloading free brushes ...) may having stolen the serial number? Is Adobe going to do to help me get my photoshop back ... and no trial? Or am I Sool? Please help. I was led to many havoc if I can not get my legal version CS2 back, because I really can not afford to buy the new CS5. Thanks.
