Most high school students and the university have access to a computer probably already has a suite of some sort on it. With free office suites like Open Office, it is difficult not to have access to something for documents and spreadsheets computing today. One application, one line, called Google Docs can be something that students should take into consideration.

Google Docs is not as complete as it seems that some of the office suites, but do the job. For documents basic spreadsheets is that the functions that most students will need. Has the ability to open documents from Microsoft and Open Office and save them in these formats.
