Where can I host my blog?

I want to start a blog and I’m wondering what host would be best: Blue Host or Host Gator? Or is there one better?

I use Blue Host, but both are good. Blog apps are available for installation from the cPanel. Maybe just install WordPress. Check the features offered for your hosting package. There’s a ton of good stuff available to use when you get paid hosting.
