Best Buy Stores

Best Buy stores trying to sell an LCD TV “tune-up” anyone know about this ?
Hi well I know they do offer in home calibrations of all TV’s which are “supposedly” ISF certified technicians. I noticed now they don’t say its a ISF calibration but rather a Gee Squad calibration.
For what they charge for it I would suggest having someone that is truly ISF Certified if your wanting to get the most from you TV. If it is done by a true ISF Certified technician and they really know what their doing it does make a huge difference. They use special and very expensive equipment to calibrate the TV and will also get into hidden service menus that only a technician with the codes can get into to make fine adjustments. Keep im mind its important that first the TV has had sufficient burn in time usually a couple weeks before calibration. Also make sure the system is complete and no changes will be made to the system as any changes to the system will change or effect the calibration settings. I strongly suggest ISF calibrations for those that want the best picture possible.
