Best Buy Locations

Is Best Buy electronics stores going down hill?
The customer Service at Best Buy is F rated. Everytime I try to call a Best Buy location nobody ever answers the phone and most of the employees working there are young kids who don’t care about customers. Over the years Best Buy has been in business I have never bought anything there and never will. This past week I went to three Best Buy locations to purchase a Sony 26 inch LCD. Out of the three locations none of them had it in stock. They all told me that the soonest that they could get it in would be 4 weeks. The Magnolia Home Theater room is a joke. Today I went in there to listen to some speakers. I waited 30 minutes for a salesperson to help me. When the salesperson came he told me that the listening switchboard was brocken and wouldn’t be fixed for 10 days. The manager refused to move a pair of speakers to a receiver in the other room so I could listen to them. I told the manager that I’m going to Ken Cranes instead to listed to speakers. He said go to Ken Cranes!
I know your just complaining… But you have a good reason to. Best Buy is in trouble… They are closing stores and sizing down staff. The first to go are the employees that make higher wages (You know… The ones how knew what they were talking about). It’s to bad really. It’s a great place to run in on Sat. and pickup something I can’t wait till Monday to grab from my suppliers. You made a good dissension to go to Ken Cranes. You might pay more but the customer service is worth it.
